Pere Magloire Pommeau de Normandie is the result of a judicious blend of the fresh must of cider apples and selected Calvados aged in oak barrels. To avoid alteration of its freshness it is very slightly filtrated. Therefore, some natural sediments may appear.
Clear, amber, tile-red. A cooked apple aroma on the nose with the presence of Calvados. On the palate, there is barley sugar with notes of ripe fruits, almost candied prunes.
