NUSBAUMER MIRABELLE
This eau-de-vie is made from Mirabelle plums, a small yellow plum speckled with pink, sweet and fragrant with a honeyed taste.
After a natural fermentation of several weeks, the stones are removed then the fruits are distilled in the traditional way in one of our copper stills. This brandy is then aged in stainless steel barrels to obtain this unique roundness and finesse. At the end of this aging, we reduce it to 45% with water from our own Vosges spring. This water which passes through a purple schist subsoil is of great purity and gives it a singular strength.
