NUSBAUMER FRAMBOISE SAUVAGE
Raspberry is perhaps the most popular fruit in brandy, making it a classic for all spirits lovers. This fruit, so fragile and yet so fragrant, generates intense aromas in distillation. This Wild Raspberry brandy is a little less round than the cultured Raspberry brandy but it is on the other hand more fragrant on the nose.
This brandy is obtained by macerating wild raspberries in neutral alcohol for 3 weeks. After distillation, it is stored in stainless steel vats, then reduced to the degree thanks to Steige spring water; of great purity because naturally filtered by Vosges schist; with cold filtration to perfect the production.
Tasting notes:
Nose : very fragrant. The fruit is expressed very intensely.
Palate : The taste of the fruit is intense and fresh. The tangy notes fill the mouth quite dryly.
Finale : the freshness of the wild fruit lingers
