Le Faîte, iconic cuvée of the Saint Mont appellation, is a blend selected every year, for each new vintage, by a jury of experts, journalists, œnologists and/or the world’s best sommeliers.

Ample and structured, this wine develops an aromatic complexity of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and licorice stick underlined by a subtly toasted note, it will pair wonderfully with fine shavings of country ham, duck breast stuffed with mushrooms or even mature cheeses.
