Gabriel Boudier Crème de Mûres Sauvages is obtained by macerating wild blackberries from Morocco and Chile, the fruits must meet several criteria, such as the choice of noble varieties and the strict requirements of the inspection laboratory. *This blackberry crème produces a delicious Kir when added to Champagne or sparkling wines.

A clear deep reddish colour with a very aromatic blackberry and raspberry nose with floral notes of violet and rose. On the palate there is a rich raspberry and blackberry fruit with chocolate and bitter cacao.
