1881 RAFTERS SUBTLY SMOKED GIN

Pink grapefruit leads with a crisp juniper finish and a subtly smoked palate.
Every drop of our gin is taken from our very own private spring – Shieldgreen – the very same spring that drew people to ‘take the waters’ at Peebles Hydro when we opened our doors in 1881. Shieldgreen not only fills our 150l copper still – but also helps nurture our crops of botanicals. This is gin, made by Peebles.
