This LDN Dry Gin is our take on a classic. Juniper lead with coriander seed and a touch of fresh lime, we extract basil, cardamom & mint to create a sharp & distinctive dry gin with a peppery burst throughout.
The distillate was collected over multiple 7-hour distillations to achieve the highest concentration of flavour & aromas. We wanted to achieve a multi-faceted gin, ideal for any occasion be it sipping, mixing or concocting.
