OLIVER'S SAISON DES POIRES 750ML

A wort of 80% pils and 20% wheat grist with aged Bramling X and Goldings Hops fermented by Belle Saison yeast.

Co-fermented at the end of October 2020 with a  spontaneously fermented perry of Blakeney Red 30%,  Gin 30%, Red Longdon 30% and Butt 10% pears.

Bottled in March 2021 with the addition of 10 grams/litre sugar.

Then conditioned and matured in bottle.
