Alarmingly easy to drink. This is a hugely vibrant glass of Barossa red. All the red varietals from the Nuriootpa nursery are co-fermented then judiciously blended with Barossa Grenache. Summer pudding in a glass – really refreshing fresh crushed fruit… this simply must be good for you!
Sourced from 30 year vines at the Nuriootpa viticulture nursery in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Grapes are selected on a fruit day, and according to their ripeness. Wild yeast fermented and pressed off skins early to make this a really bright, crunchy, fresh style. The final blend is aged in a little older oak and then blended with 50% old vine Barossa Grenache. The blend consists of approx. Grenache (50%), Cinsault (15%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Malbec (8%), Merlot (7%), Riesling (5%), Carignan (3%) and Mataro (2%).
