DOMAINE LABET BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR VIELLES VIGNES

First and foremost, a delicious expression of Pinot Noir. As François (Labet) says, this wine is about the grape rather than the terroir. It comes from three different plots in Chorey-les-Beaune, which has more clay than on the Côte, being located at the beginning of the plain. Fantastic bright red cherry fruit here, with a sappy lift, from the 100% whole bunch vinification. 10% new oak, giving a roundness of texture.
