The Chateau de Coulaine, where vines have been cultivated since the 15th century brings us this Chinon from the legendary Picasses vineyard, a hillside plot with wonderful conditions for growing Cabernet Franc. From 40+ year old vines,  this is a bright, crunchy red berried wine wine with the typical Leafy flavours and smoky graphite tannins. Perfect for Roasted lamb or confit duck.
