1881 PAVILION PINK GIN

A Scottish berry gin with local red berries and a hint of hibiscus.
It’s game, set and match to this nod to our tennis pavilion on the front lawn. In the 1920’s Peebles Hydro had more tennis courts than Wimbledon and we hosted many tournaments in our time. A refreshing gin and tonic on the lawn was just the ticket for tournament spectators in those days.
