FERGHETTINA FRANCIACORTA BRUT NV

Italian sparkling wine is not all about Prosecco. Many Italian regions produce varieties of fizz, some of them even using the traditional method. The Ferghettina Franciacorta is one of these using traditional Champagne grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is aged for a similar length of time to most NV champagnes (30 months).

An exuberant, confident and bright style - lively and very approachable with a citrus fruits and golden apple character which is at the same time both incisive yet quite gentle.
